After renting your unit, you'll receive an automated text from the facility with a 6-digit PIN number and a link to download the app.
Follow the link in the text to download the Storage Smart Entry app and log in using your phone number as your username and the 6-digit PIN number provided via text as your temporary password.
Select "ok" twice when prompted to allow the app to access Bluetooth (iOS and Android) and Location Services (Android only) on your device.
Accessing Your Unit
Tap the LED light on the smart lock to "wake" it
Open the app. The unit icon will highlight once the unit is awake.
Tap the icon to unlock your unit
Share Your Digital Key
Click the plus sign in the top right-hand corner of your app and select "Share Unit"
Type in the new user's cell phone number and select the unit to share the digital key.
